What does YummyCSS do?

We take your PSD (or any other graphic file) slice it then hand-code it to a beautifully crafted xhtml/css. We're sure you won't be disappointed with the quality of our work. [ Top ]

What type of files can you work with?

We can work with PSD, AI, PNG, or even JPG files. If we have any concerns regarding your files we'll be sure to let you know. [ Top ]

How about your working hours/days?

We work even on weekends and we have no specific working hours. If you chose a turnaround time of 1 day, we'll be sure to have them back to you within the 24-hour timeframe regardless of the time and day you placed your order. [ Top ]

I don't want anyone to know that I'm outsourcing my projects to you.

We're very good in keeping secrets. We won't post any of your details on our site without your permission. If needed, we'd be glad to sign a NDA for your peace of mind. [ Top ]

How do you collaborate with clients?

We mainly use basecamp as our collaboration tool. We provide clients access to the project via basecamp. But if you prefer to do everything via email, that's no problem at all. [ Top ]

What if you're late?

We're never late on projects but if for some unfortunate reason your project wasn't finished on time, we'll automatically take 30% off from your total price. You can also choose to decline the project completely and we'll make sure to refund any payment you have made. [ Top ]

My project is more than 15 pages, can you stil work on it?

Of course we can! But we'd like to know more details so we can provide an accurate quotation for your project. Just email us the details at order[at]yummycss.com. [ Top ]

My site requires some JS coding, can you do this?

We can implement basic functionalities free of charge. Example of these would be lightboxes, hiding and showing of divs and tab switching. Apart from the basics, we're afraid we cannot guarantee that we can implement all your requirements. [ Top ]

What about browser compatibility?

Our work is tested on both Mac and Windows (yes, that includes IE 6) browsers. Once we send you the final output, we include a link to screenshots of your project. If your project needs to be compatible with other platforms or browsers, please let us know upon submission of your order. [ Top ]
